How to Submit a Complaint
You can report a complaint via:

- In writing, through our customer service
For faster processing, please provide the following information:
- Order number
- Date of purchase
- Exact product name
- Detailed description of the issue
- Photographic evidence, if possible
Warranty & Legal Guarantee
Products sold through our webshop are covered by the mandatory warranty and legal guarantee in accordance with applicable laws.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal use. It does not cover issues resulting from misuse, mechanical damage, or external influences.
Complaint Handling Process
Once we receive your complaint:
- We will send a confirmation of receipt
- The reported issue will be examined
- If necessary, our service partner or the manufacturer will be involved
We will investigate the complaint within the legally required timeframe and provide written notification of the results.
Replacement, Repair, or Refund
In the case of a valid complaint, according to applicable regulations, we will:
