Customers of our webshop are entitled to exercise their statutory right of withdrawal, allowing them to cancel their purchase without providing a reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
Conditions of Withdrawal
- The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging
- A receipt or order ID is required
Procedure

- Inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal
- Repack the product and send it to the provided return address
- Once the product is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method
Costs & Timeframe
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product was defective or damaged
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
