Product exchange

Our webshop aims to ensure that our customers are always satisfied. If the purchased product does not meet your expectations, you have the option to exchange it quickly and easily.

Exchange Conditions

Products can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of receipt

The product must be in its original condition and packaging

A receipt or order ID is required to process the exchange

Repack the original product and send it to the provided address

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will ship the replacement product

The exchange may be free of charge, depending on the reason

In other cases, shipping costs are covered by the customer
